Currently, an intriguing body of water, Indo-Pacific, is in the geopolitical discussions. It is an imaginative construct, well suited to America’s political, economic and martial exigencies. The transition of this region, known for centuries as Asia-Pacific to a highly volatile Indo-Pacific, is remarkably fascinating. Several factors, such as the fear of rising China, shifting economic balance, loss of America’s unipolarity, loss of maritime dominance, a few to name, have been instrumental to this politico-strategic transition.

America, undaunted by its weaker-allies, such as Japan, Philippine, Vietnam, Cambodia, etcetera, has been treating Indo-pacific as its maritime-backyard. The emergence of China as an economic giant and the biggest user of these sea-lanes has forced America to undergo a psychologically difficult strategic adjustment, which it has not undertaken before.

Readers should bear in mind that the Indian Ocean does not derive its name from the country India. Before 1515, it used to be known as the Eastern Ocean or Erythraean Sea. India derives its name from the Indus valley civilization of the Indus-River alluvial plains. So, does the Indian Ocean!

Australia, according to her Defense white paper of 2009, was the first country that envisioned the convergence of the two oceans as an important maritime trade route. The Japanese ministry of foreign affairs, however, was the first one, who, in her white paper of April 2017, specifically used the term Indo-Pacific. Finally, it was the Australian Defense policy white paper of 2016 and then, Foreign policy white paper of 2017, which cemented this name. The importance of this region can be well-understood from the remarks made by Hillary Clinton a few years back, “those who think; the American strength lies inside America are fools, it lies outside America.” {a reference to the Indo-pacific region}

India, by sheer coincidence of having moved into the American camp; whose creative-adoption of the term Indo-Pacific; in the face of China’s exponential rise as an economic and military giant, gained strategic credence in the context of its China-containment policy with the help of several other countries, landed the role of a sacrificial goat.

Three countries Australia, Japan and India, are part of Quad, spearheaded by America. In this group, however, India does not seem to fit, for it is the only underdeveloped country, marred with extreme poverty and a Himalayan panoply of other acute problems. In contrast, all other members are developed and stable countries. India, despite its poor state of affairs, was added to the group due to its contiguity to China. A nuclear power already at loggerhead with China, therefore, was touted to take the brunt in a face-off with China. America, for this purpose, boosted Indian EGO by affording it a coveted title of strategic partner, giving access to American markets and allowing defense purchases, etcetera. India, despite all the support, is facing the worst of humiliation at the hands of China.

Kishore Mahbubani, an Indian descent academician from Asia Research Institute of Singapore suggested India to cunningly suckle two cows (USA & China) instead of clashing with China.  Professor C. Raja Mohan (Carnegie of India), well aware of an immense developmental-disparity between India and China, however, suggested a rational and pragmatic course; to be prepared for territorial-sacrifices, resorting to dialogues and accept China as the dominant power in the loose-rules-based multipolar world-order.

Those who think that America would engage in a conventional war with China are the fools. America neither has the appetite nor the stamina for any long-drawn War. Both China and the USA do not want to get trapped in the Thucydides-Trap!

A change of hats in Japan has weakened Quad substantially, for Japan is no longer willing to confront Chin as before under Shinzo Abe. Australia is also questioning the American role and capacity!

A recent smart maneuver by China, launching15+ members-RCEP, has almost decimated Quad as two of its members, Australia and Japan, have joined RCEP. Some international relations and financial experts consider RCEP as the expansion of ASEAN. It is interesting to note that seven of its members are also the members of the USA lead TPP [Trans-Pacific-Partnership]. RCEP’s GDP by 2050, is estimated to cross over 100 Trillion dollars, which will be twice that of TPP.  America and India are not part of RCEP.

India, contrary to the American expectations, turned out to be a hesitant and sheepish partner, when the other partners (Australia and Japan) seem vitiated and fatigued of the China-containment game. China, on the other hand, has thrown an open challenge posturing to be ready for a multi-frontal conflict. [handling border dispute with India, safeguarding maritime-routes, trade war with the USA, Hong KongTaiwan status.]

America, employing its full might to maintain its world leadership role, stands a slim chance of success, for it is NOW too late to contain a China rising by leaps and bounds. India, in my view, would not act pompously, dare to confront China militarily, but if it does, unfortunately, be the main casualty in this game of containment. China has already occupied strategically dangerous locations of India to strangle its chicken-neck, to cut it off completely, from already troubled north-eastern 7-sister-states.

At Galwan-valley, the PLA found an unguarded but very strategic spot on the LAC and occupied it. It places China 9-10 kilometers from the newly rebuilt all-weather strategic Durbuka-Daulat Beg Oldi road that supports the lone Indian outpost of DBO at the mouth of the Karakorum Pass. India is replacing the wooden bridge with the cemented one that would not, however, guarantee a safe route for Indian forces to DBO!

China has smartly uprooted India from Afghanistan, Iran, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Siri-Lanka.

India, slapping controversial constitutional clauses against her minorities and illegal-annexation of IOK, has already set-in motion its dismemberment. India, suffering from the illusion of a regional superpower, has been meddling in the affairs of all its neighbors. Now, after witnessing the tanking economy of India, antiquated-military-hardware, demoralized and disarrayed army, ever-growing social-chaos in the face of China’s overwhelmingly evident strength, all her neighbors have turned against it. India, facing numerous secessionist movements, having been declared a terrorism exporting country, would not be able to withstand a slight push by China emboldening all these states, breaking away into several Independent countries.

Should this happen, sure it will bring much-needed stability and prosperity to the entire region.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2017/09/25/balkanization-of-india/

The importance of the Indo-Pacific region is summarized as follows.

China’s growing stride in south Asian ports to become a household trading power (through-BRI & Silk routes and now RCEP) will tie all the partaking countries economically, politically, strategically, and militarily with it.

America has lost its leadership role by withdrawing from TPP (Trans-Pacific partnership); demanding increased compensation from the countries covered by NATO’s defense-umbrella; pulling out of the “Open Skies treaty” with Russia; pulling out of the JCPOA treaty with Iran and withdrawing financial support to World Health Organization.

American goal in India-Pacific and elsewhere, therefore, is geared solely to contain China in every possible way.

India, a Quad member, is also a member of ASEAN and considers China equally eligible for open routes in the Indo-Pacific region. China considers Quad as an Anti-ASEAN Asian NATO.

Japan, despite feeling insecure, in the face of the growing military and economic power of China, has expressed vitiated and fatigued of the China-containment idea, especially after the recent change of leadership.

Many countries, littorals of Indo-Pacific, such as Vietnam, South Korea, Singapore, and the Philippine, having been ignored by the USA and the west are at a loss. Their natural course of action, therefore, would be to join hands with China.

Is the world suffering from political fatigue?

China passed a new national-security law for Hong Kong, giving itself sweeping powers to punish dissent as it sees fit. It brings an end to year-long protests that began in March 2019 over an extradition bill and morphed into demonstrations against the security law in May 2020.

The USA threatened sanctions and tariffs if China did not roll back its security law, while the UK and EU condemned Beijing.

China did not care, and — just as it has done with other human-rights concerns — pressed ahead with its set agenda with little regard for USA threat or international condemnation.

China’s aggressive moves rather than entertaining diplomacy have left the west looking weak and powerless to stop it.

China may choke the USA’s economic growth!

The industrial age was arrived at by coal, oil and fossil fuels. But this information age is increasingly dependent on critical minerals.

The USA imports more than 80% of its supply of rare earth and minerals from China. China capturing that market could have dire consequences for the USA and the west. These materials are essential to manufacturing devices such as semiconductors and smartphone batteries, the very bedrock of the tech economy. The military relies on them also, for the production of everything from jet engines and night-vision goggles to the control systems of cruise missiles.

End of Taiwan Saga.

Washington forged a system of alliances, supported by consistent foreign-policy engagements and military presence, that consolidated American power in the region with enough stability for Asian nations—including China—to prosper. That order is now challenged. A resurgent China is contesting American primacy in Asia and elsewhere and attempting to reassert its historical stature as the regional and the world’s new-predominant-power. In Washington, meanwhile, isolationists, led by President Donald Trump, are questioning the purpose and value of Cold War–era commitments in Asia and around the world. This mix is fostering doubt that the American security system can or will hold.

It is evident that the authoritarian government of China is trying to expand its global influence and Taiwan happens to be on the front line. It makes Taiwan the ultimate test for Washington in Asia.

If Beijing does dare to attack the island, what happens next may well determine whether China or the USA reigns supreme in the Pacific and the world.

Failure by Washington to stand by Taiwan would potentially unravel the American alliance system in the region and destroy American credibility along with it. The battle over Taiwan may be a Cold War relic, but it will shape the future world order.

Two of Beijing’s military exercises, near Taiwan, were timed to coincide with the recent visits by American officials. The rising tensions have also increased the chances that Taiwan may get dragged into an unexpected or unintended flare-up between the two powers—for instance, in their square-off in the South China Sea.

Indo-pacific region has an abundance of natural resources;

It has 28 billion barrels of crude oil and 266 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. (In $ terms, 60 Trillion and 8 trillion, respectively). China claims to have 60 Trillion $ of resources in the South-China sea.

80 % of the world trade is routed through these sea-lanes and will double by 2030 and quadruple by 2050.

61% of world petrochemicals pass through this region.

China’s BRI includes Marine silk-roads and land silk-roads connecting 60 countries in Eurasia, East Asia and Africa. China, by the latest count, has engaged in 138 countries and 30 International organizations in her Belt and Road Initiative.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2015/06/21/asia-pacific-peeve/

This is how in the near future, a loose-rules-based multipolar world’s geopolitical landscape, most likely, would look like!

1- China would be the Organizing principal in Asia and most likely in the world at large.

2– Turkey would be an Islamocratic, geostrategic/political and economic Organizing principal at the junctions of Mid-East, Mediterranean, Central-Asia, North-Africa and Europe. Europe will not be able to stem Turkey’s “Blue-Homeland” extraction policy or its dominant role in the region, especially after 2023.

3- The USA may recede to its shores and contiguous Canada and Mexico, etcetera.

4- India and Arabian-Gulf-countries, most likely, would disintegrate and be redrawn.

Hagia Sophia Mosque–Religious Chauvinism?

August 8, 2020

A symbol of civilizations: Hagia Sophia

Q; – Did the Muslims or did the Christians build the Hagia Sofia in Istanbul, Turkey?

The question, asked by S Conceicao, was originally answered by the author (in brief) on November 19, 2017. @ Quora.com. before the conversion. 295 views.

Hagia in Greek (hágios ) means “Holy” and in Christian liturgy something consecrated.

Watch my first formal V-Log on the topic and subscribe, please.

https://youtu.be/mpU9z5X4CRo

I would not blink agreeing that the timing of conversion of Hagia Sofia, back to the mosque, by the Pres. Recep Tayyip Erdogan is politically motivated. It is to show Turkeys’ leadership resolve and to boost his popularity, domestically and internationally simultaneously. It was not, however, a religious chauvinism.

Some accounts suggest that the original church Hagia Sophia was ordered to be built, on the foundations of a pagan temple, by Constantine l in 325. Way before the advent of Islam. His son, Constantinus ll, consecrated it in 360. It was damaged in 404 by a fire that erupted during a riot following the second banishment of St. Johan Chrysostom, the patriarch of Constantinople. It was rebuilt and enlarged by the Roman emperor Constans I. Then restored building was rededicated by Theodosius II in 415. The church was burned down again in the Nika insurrection of January 532, which allowed Justinian I to envision a splendid replacement. (532-537) CE

Since Eusebius was bishop of Constantinople from 339 to 341, and Constantine died in 337, it seems possible that the first church was erected by the latter. The edifice was built as a traditional Latin colonnaded basilica with galleries and a wooden roof. It was preceded by an atrium. It was claimed to be one of the world’s most outstanding monuments at the time.

Socrates of Constantinople, writing in 440, however, claimed that the church was built by Constantius II, who was working on it in 346. A tradition which is not older than the 7th or 8th century, reports that the edifice was built by Constantine the Great. Zonaras reconciles the two opinions, writing that Constantius ll had repaired the edifice consecrated by Eusebius of   Nicomedia after it had collapsed.

Yet another account suggests that this Cathedral was completed by the Byzantine king, of Eastern Roman EmpireJustinian I in 537 as an epitome of Byzantine architecture.

An account with a different perspective, suggests that this edifice was built as a result of a sectarian split in the Christian ranks into—Roman Catholics and Orthodox Christians. The seat of the Roman Catholics was the Vatican whereas Hagia Sofia became the epicenter of the Orthodox Christians.

21 years old king, Fateh Sultan Mohammad II, the conqueror, after the fall of Constantinople in 1451, entered the Byzantine’s prestigious cathedral and, keeping the tradition of “general-amnesty”  by the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) after the conquest of Mecca, pardoned all his adversaries, thereby winning the hearts and minds of the people.  The result was that in a short period a city with 99% Christians was left with only 3% Christians. [mainly Armenian-Christians]. Other accounts, however, differ and suggest that the Christians, Assyrians and Greeks’ cleansing was done through mass killing. I will, therefore, let the history bear the fact out.

When the Christian worshippers were left far and few between, and the edifice was dilapidated, King Sultan Mohammad II, in the year 1453, bought Hagia Sofia with his own money and endowed it to a trust. He, having envisioned the future cost of maintenance, also built a Bazar (market), and a museum adjoining the edifice.

{Note: The status of a “TRUST” cannot be changed/abrogated arbitrarily, even by the original donor, should he change his mind later on}

Hagia Sofia, throughout the era of the Ottoman Empire, of about 500 years, until 1935 had been a mosque held in trust.

Who was Mustafa Kemal Pasha and why did he convert Hagia Sofia into a Museum?

There are several interesting accounts about his background, his rise to the esteemed position of “Father of the Turks” and about his dubious behavior, in a wider context, relating to Islam!

He is a highly revered heroic figure, not only for Turks but also for most of the Muslims. [May not, however, be so for the Arab-Muslims]. When the Grand Vizier, Ahmed Pasha, of the Ottoman Empire planned to ratify the Treaty of Sevres, in 1918, the nationalist Turks headed by Kamal Ataturk defied the king’s will and revolted. Turkish parliament and the people refused to accept the treaty without substantive changes! Although, it was he who signed the treaty of Lausanne in 1923. This established the Republic of Turkey, and Mustafa Kemal became the country’s first president.

Kamal Ataturk in the last 150 years of Muslim history was the first leader; who not only defeated the coalition of the colonial powers; which included Britain, France, Italy, Greece and Bolsheviks supporting Armenians, but also expelled them out of Muslim-Turkey. Interestingly, American president Woodrow Wilson was planning to establish a Christian Armenian independent state out of Turkey but Kamal Ataturk, the hero of the Gallipoli war (1916), trashed his planning by defeating western colonialist forces one by one. Turkish Parliament granted him the title of “Ataturk” Father of the Turks. Parliament also made him field marshal and awarded him a title of “Ghazi” after defeating Greeks in the battle of Sakarya in1921.

Mehmed Vahideddin VI, the last sultan of the Ottoman Empire, was forced to abdicate the throne and exiled to Italy in 1922. It prepared the way for declaring Turkey the Secular Republic under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. (in 1923 after signing Lausanne treaty)

President Kamal Ataturk, contemplating to keep Turkey out of the well-conceived impending WWII, approached Balkan states and Greece (Greece had been under the Ottoman rule for 500 years), to sign the Balkan-Pact. Greece suggested declaring Hagia Sofia a church, as a goodwill gesture. Kamal Ataturk capitulated, therefore in 1934, abrogated the Hagia Sofia mosque trust and declared it a museum instead. The idea was that the old structure would need a huge sum of money to be restored and maintained, therefore, declaring it a museum would not only generate funds for it but goodwill for (secular) Turkey also. It did happen and UNESCO declared it (in 1985- E. Britannica) a world-heritage-site and has been maintaining the building ever since, for almost 80 years.

Note: there are some suggestions that President “k. Attatuk’s” signature was forged on the conversion decree!

Another account about Kamal Ataturk suggests that he belonged to a Jewish sect, “Dönmeh” or “Crypto-Jews”, created by a Romaniote rabbi from Smyrna named Sabbatian Zevi. Sabbatian Zevi declared himself as the long-awaited Messiah[Exploiting the pronouncement made by Musa bin Maymun (Maimonides) about the coming of the Messiah]

Sabbatian Zevi even at a young age displayed great brilliance and became an accomplished Talmudic and Kabbalistic scholar. Between 1642 and 1648 he lived in semi-seclusion and began to display character traits that psychologists describe as manic-depressive. His following was, nevertheless, spreading far and wide. Turkish Sultan finally arrested him and forced him to renounce the prophethood. Sabbatian Zevi offered to accept Islam and renounced Judaism taking the new name Aziz Mehmed Effendi. This way he ostensibly became a Muslim but clandestinely remained a Jew. [hypocrite]. Kamal Ataturk, according to this account, belonged to this hypocrite-Jewish cult-Dönmeh, hence declared not only Hagia Sofia a Museum but also Turkey a secular Republic.

Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was a Free-Masonry, initiated into Freemasonry in 1907 in Macedonia Risorta Lodge # 80 under the charter and constitution of the Grand Orient De France. It was likely his involvement at a young age in Freemasonry that inspired his idealistic tendencies in life. He believed that modernization necessarily entailed Westernization, and he established a policy of state secularism, with a constitution that separated the government from religion. Although he believed he was advancing the country, not all of Mustafa Kemal’s reforms were warmly received. His policy of state secularism was particularly controversial, and he was accused of decimating important cultural and religious traditions.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2019/10/21/separation-of-church-and-state-in-christianity-rejection-of-mass-participation-in-election-democracy-nationalism-patriotism-allegiance-in-islam/

Kamal Ataturk. while in a position of strength, accepted/enforced many controversial, anti-Islam measures, which afford credibility to the above assertions. Unless he was naively influenced by the western modernity and secularistic trends of his time; as many western-educated Muslims, with scanty knowledge of Islam, think even nowadays!

Anti-Islam changes accepted/enforced.

He changed the Azan (call for prayers) chanting from Arabic to the Turkish language.

He changed the Turkish language script from Arabic to Roman (Latin) so that people eventually would not be able to read/understand Arabic and Qura’an.

Mosques were locked except for a brief interval of prayers. [preventing any religious education or discourse]

Keeping or carrying the Holy Qura’an was forbidden.

No Hafiz was allowed to be a high-ranking army official.

Changed the name of Islambul city to Istanbul.

The Dardanelles (Bosporus) Straits was made an international waterway with the Ottoman Empire having no control over it. Certain ports near to Constantinople were declared “free zones” as they were deemed to be of international importance. This deprived Turkey of huge amounts of tariff collection.

Accepted the restrictions on the exploration of natural resources, such as oil and gas.

The army was made custodian of the Secular-Turkish-constitution, to perpetuate the secular character of the previously Islamic state.

Economic and political restrictions were also accepted.

The Ottoman Empire had the control of its finances and economy taken away from her and handed over to the Allies

Kamal Ataturk, in the face of Balfour declaration, acted as a vanquished (instead of an ally, Germany), acquiescing to the dictates of the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”.

Although, officially, he was pursuing the “Six-Arrows” policy — republicanism, nationalism, populism, statism, secularism and revolution.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2017/10/25/break-up-of-ottoman-empire-through-british-conspiracy/

Conclusion: Legally or morally only UNESCO has a right to object to the status change of Hagia Sofia, for it has spent huge sums of money on this edifice as a museum.

Although originally it was built as a Church but was sold and bought legally and for consideration and the title held in trust, which cannot be changed/abrogated arbitrarily.

Turkish supreme court on this very ground annulled the decision taken by Kamal Ataturk in 1453 and ordered its restoration to its original status–a place of worship—a mosque.

A site/building declared a national heritage; also gives the owning state the right to its “Adaptive-use”, anyway suitable/beneficial.

Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has changed a museum not a church into a mosque assigning only a portion of the edifice for Muslim Prayers while the remaining parts will still be open to the general public, as a tourist attraction.

These arguments, when considered rationally and logically, would repudiate any objection, especially that of religious chauvinism.

Corporate Greed Pushing for Vaccine, ignoring already available remedies!

May 9, 2020

Virus COVID-19 has so far caused far fewer infections and deaths than the common flu had in the past years.

The Vaccination Debacle

A multibillion-dollar vaccine is not necessary. Corporate greed and Control freaks, like Bill and Melinda Gates, are busy with the idea of pushing a vaccine down the throat of the public. Bill and Melinda Gates are accused of doing the same in Africa, Kenya and elsewhere, sterilizing the females and new borne children in pursuit of controlling the population growth.

The NIAID and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are collaborating with a view to developing a COVID-19 Vaccine. WHO is also hand in glove in this pursuit.

China has proven that COVID-19 could be brought under control at rather low-cost and with strict discipline and conventional medication. The same medicines and measures have been used for centuries to prevent and cure successfully all kinds of viral diseases.

First, a vaccine against COVID-19, or coronaviruses in general, is a flu vaccine. Vaccines don’t heal. In the best case, flu-vaccines may prevent the virus from affecting a patient as hard as it might without a vaccine. The effectiveness of flu vaccines is generally assessed as between 20% and 50%. Vaccines are foremost a huge money-making bonanza for Big Pharma.

Second, here is a myriad of remedies that have proven very successful.

COVID-19: More Hydroxychloroquine Data From France

  • French Professor Didier Raoult, who is one of the world’s top 5 scientists on communicable diseases, suggested the use of hydroxychloroquine (Chloroquine or Plaquenil), a well-known, simple, and inexpensive drug, also used to fight Malaria, and that has shown efficacy with previous coronaviruses such as SARS.  By mid-February 2020, clinical trials at his institute and in China already confirmed that the drug could reduce the viral load and bring spectacular improvement. Chinese scientists published their first trials on more than 100 patients and announced that the Chinese National Health Commission would recommend Chloroquine in their new guidelines to treat Covid-19.
  • China and Cuba are working together with the use of Interferon Alpha 2B, a highly efficient anti-viral drug developed in Cuba some 39 years, but little known to the world because the US imposed an embargo on anything from Cuba. Interferon has also proven to be very effective in fighting COVID-19 and is now produced in a joint-venture in China.
  • There is an old natural Indian / Ayurveda medicine, Curcuminthat comes in capsules as C90. It is an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant compound that has been successfully used to treat cancer, infectious diseases and coronaviruses.
  • Other simple, but effective remedies include the use of heavy doses of Vitamin C, as well as Vitamin D3, or more generally the use of Micronutrients essential to fight infections, include vitamins A, B, C, D, and E.
  • Recently there has been a spate of new remedies proposed by various individuals and professionals with utmost certainty citing a host of COVID-19 patients having been cured. Like, Sana Makki, Neem-leaves powder and Black seeds (Onion seeds), etc. These are abundantly and inexpensively available in most of Asia.
  • Another remedy that has been used for thousands of years by ancient Chinese, Romans and Egyptiansis Colloidal silver products. They come in forms to be administered as a liquid by mouth, or injected, or applied to the skin. Colloidal silver products are boosting the immune system, fighting bacteria and viruses, and have been used for treating cancer, HIV/AIDS, shingles, herpes, eye ailments, prostatitis – and COVID-19.
  • A simple and inexpensive remedy, to be used in combination with others, is menthol-based “Mentholatum”. It’s used for common flu and cold symptoms. Rubbed on and around the nose, it acts as a disinfectant and prevents germs to enter the respiratory tract, including coronaviruses.

China Is Using Cuba's Interferon Alfa 2B Against Coronavirus ...

  • Northern Italy and New Orleans report that an unusual number of patients had to be hospitalized in Intensive Care Units (ICU) and be put 24×7 on a 90%-strength respirator, with some of the patients remaining unresponsive, going into respiratory failure. The reported death rate is about 40%. The condition is called acute respiratory distress syndrome, ARDS. That means the lungs are filled with fluid. When this description of ARDS episodes applies, Dr. Raoult and other medical colleagues recommend COVID-19 patients to “sleep sitting up” until they are cured. This helps drain the liquid out of the lungs. The method has been known to work successfully since it was first documented during the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic.
  • Finally, Chinese researchers in cooperation with Cuban and Russian scientists are also developing a vaccine that may soon be ready for testing. The vaccine would attempt to address not just one strand of coronaviruses, but the basic coronaviral RNA genome (RNA = Ribonucleic Acid), to be applied as prevention of new coronavirus mutations. In contrast to the west, working exclusively on profit-motives, the Chinese-Cuban-Russian vaccine would be made available at low cost to the entire world.

These alternative cures may not be found on Big Pharma controlled internet. Internet references and the trained Doctors, if there are any, may advise against their use. At best, they will tell you that these products or methods have not proven effective or have not been researched thoroughly, and at worst, that they may be harmful. Don’t believe it. Most of these products or methods are not harmful. Remember, some of them have been used as natural remedies for thousands of years. And remember, China has successfully come to grips with COVID-19, using some of these relatively simple and inexpensive medications.

Few doctors are aware of these practical, simple and inexpensive remedies. The media, under pressure from the pharma giants and the compliant government agencies, have been requested to censoring such valuable information. The negligence or failure, to make such easily accessible remedies public knowledge is killing people.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2020/04/10/neo-conic-globalist-capitalism-pushed-humanity-to-the-edge-of-anarchy/

{Dr. Anthony Fauci is the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), within the National Institute for Health (NIH)}

Nano-Chipping the Entire human race.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, will drive the mass vaccination effort which is scheduled to be launched in the period after the lockdown.

The vaccination association includes the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), a semi-NGO, to which NIH / NIAID outsourced oversight of the vaccination program – supported by Bill Gates; GAVI, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization – also a Bill Gates creation, supported by WHO, also amply funded by the Gates Foundation; the World Bank and UNICEF; plus a myriad of pharmaceutical partners.

THE MARK 666 : SCIENTIST CLAIMS HUMAN MICROCHIP IMPLANTS WILL ...

Bill Gates also strongly suggests that travelers must have in their passport a vaccination certificate before embarking on a plane or entering a country.

The program implementation, including a related global electronic identity-program, possibly administered with nano-chips that could be embedded in the vaccine itself, would be overseen by the little-known agency Agenda ID2020 which is also a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation initiative.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2019/01/15/the-population-control-holocaust/

Bill Gates is also known as a strong proponent of drastic and selective population reduction. Knowing what we know, who would trust any vaccine that carries Bill Gate’s signature. Hope that this evil endeavor will not succeed is omnipresent. We must hope to the end, then the end will never come – and gradually Light will drown Darkness.

There have been several multitudinously harmful developments as a result of the neoliberal thinking; blended later on with neo-conic zealotry for capitalism and globalism; which emerged in the late 1970s, starting from Woodrow Wilson, Ronald Reagan (US president, 1981-1989) and then, British PM, Margaret Thatcher (1979-1990). There has been an explosion of private power, splintering the societies, destabilizing the financial system, attacking people and countries and so on. Neo-conic globalization has also been an important catalyst in political parties shifting further to the right and far-right and succumbing to the power of increasingly dominant multinational corporations. This is glaringly evidenced in America; where the Republican Party has shifted so far off the spectrum that earlier old guard republicans would hardly recognize the republican party of today. Democrats, in reality, are just the other side of the same coin.

CAPITALISM.

The rise of capitalism and market economics; especially under neoliberalism, as noted above, shifted most of the western countries and participating societies from static to future orientation; based on the growth of capital and far-right politics. Capitalism seeks to maximize profit by locking down suppliers and/or by monopolizing markets (negative), while neoliberalism moving the right to far-right (transfiguring into neo-con-ism), almost bordering fascism. Therefore, there is a need to control the market and the neoliberal tendencies; so that someone doesn’t monopolize or cartel things by price-fixing and pursuing neo-conic-globalist-capitalist policies castigating a certain segment of the population. [Socialism, by Karl Marx, was introduced to address the structural limitations/defects in capitalism].

The break to capitalism came with Dutch and then British joint-stock companies (the Dutch East India Company and British East India Company) that sold shares in spice expeditions to capitalize them. They distributed the profit based on ownership and retained part of the capital to grow. From this came “market economics” as a component of what we know as capitalism.
Six billionaires own more money than that is owned by 3.8 billion common people!

The grotesque face of capitalism.

Mainstream politicians in the USA have long insisted that Medicare for all, a universal basic income, student debt relief and a slew of other much-needed public programs are off the table because the federal government cannot afford them. But that was before Wall Street and the stock market was driven onto life-support by the Coronavirus. Congress has now suddenly discovered the magic money tree. It took only a few days for Congress to unanimously pass the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which will be doling out $2.2 trillion in crisis relief, most of it going to Corporate America with few strings attached. Beyond that, the Federal Reserve is making over $4 trillion available to banks, hedge funds and other financial entities of all stripes; it has dropped the fed funds rate (inter-bank-rate) effectively to zero and, it has made $1.5 trillion available to the repo market. [As per Ellen Brown, Global research]

Capitalism, Imperialism and Profit Over People policies have been badly exposed by an invisible curse “COVID-19”. The USA, cheerleader of the Capitalists, whose “Pentagon” spends 2 billion a day, 80 million every hour, arrogantly refused to get help from China and the WHO. Highly developed Imperialist countries such as Britain, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, on the other hand, were also financially overwhelmed and could not help each other. They also were at a loss to offer any help to the rest of the world.

Most Recently exposed Ugliest face of the Neoconic-Globalist Capitalism!

The American government has a much bigger concern: that if they find a COVID-19 vaccine, China will copy it and distribute it for free.

People will be thinking, why it would be a problem for a manufacturing superpower, home to 1.4 billion people, to inoculate itself and others. But to the White House, this would be “stealing” of a potential American innovation, depriving its Pharmacutical manufacturers of billions of dollars of profit. “Biomedical research has long been a focus of theft, especially by the Chinese government, and vaccines and treatments for the coronavirus are today’s holy grail,” says; John C. Demers, the Assistant Attorney General for National Security, adding that, “Putting aside the commercial value, there would be great geopolitical significance to being the first to develop a treatment or vaccine. We will use all the tools we have to safeguard American research.” The fact that intellectual property and the profits of multinational pharmaceutical corporations are officially being put before saving lives, even during a pandemic threatening the entirety of humanity, was not mentioned by The New York Times, who covered Demers’s remarks.

Dean Baker, Visiting Professor of Economics at the University of Utah and Senior Economist at the Center for Economic Policy Research in Washington, D.C., offered an alternative view, claiming that he would be delighted if China “stole” vaccine technology and gave it to billions of people, telling MintPress News that:

The coronavirus pandemic is a clear instance in which the whole world shares a common interest in developing and distributing a vaccine. This should mean that we have open research, where all findings are posted on the web as quickly as possible, so that they can build on them. Once a vaccine is developed we should want it spread throughout the world as quickly as possible at the lowest possible cost. Trump’s concern that China would somehow “steal” a vaccine means that he is more concerned about protecting someone’s profits here, as well as possibly an ego trip (we’re number one) than possibly saving hundreds of thousands of lives.  [ Aaln Macleod, May 4, 2020—MPN]

Cuba, Russia, Turkey and China, came to the world’s rescue. Putin, upon request from the President, Donald Trump, sent a planeload, marked “From Russia With Love”, of medical supplies. American state governors, mayors, and other corporations started dealing directly with the Chinese corporations ignoring the federal government’s intransigence. FEMA finally ordered multiple shipments of medical supplies from China; whose distribution was done through “For-Profit” corporations.

China has sent by air, rail and sea the needed medical equipment to over 89 countries around the world. Supplies include test kits, facemasks, protective kits, goggles, forehead thermometers and ventilators, etc.

Chinese medical workers and supplies have been sent to 28 countries in Asia, 26 in Africa, 16 in Europe, 10 in the South Pacific and nine in the Americas. This assistance is China’s most extensive/wide-ranging humanitarian operation since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.

Turkey has so far helped 38 countries, out of 69 who requested, with the medical supplies and ranks second after China.

Cuba sends more doctors to developing countries than does the WHO. Cuba has also developed and freely shared with the world a medication that helps to treat those tested COVID-19 positive–Interferon Alfa-2B.

Karl Marx’s writing; a 29-year-old philosopher with a taste for epicurean hedonism and Hegelian rationality; even after two centuries, remains one of the most “penetrating” analyses of capitalism that the gap between labor and capital would get worse,”. Marx predicted that capitalism would lead to “poverty amidst plenty”, a scenario that’s depressingly familiar today all over Europe and the USA.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2017/12/24/liberalism-a-precursor-to-atheism/

Karl Marx analyzed capitalism as a social system, rather than a purely economic one. “Humans and human relationships depend on our place within the system of capitalism itself”, If we don’t find a place within the system as individuals and human beings then we live under the exclusion. Capitalism doesn’t just determine our source of income but how we relate to each other, our surroundings, and ourselves. To be rendered superfluous by the system is damning to social wellbeing as well as economic livelihood.

We as human beings, our individuality, is not separate from what and how we, as a species, produce things and interact with nature. The emergence of COVID-19 is said to be, as climate change; a natural outgrowth of the profiteering activities of Anthropocentric Industrial Capitalism (AIC), which is an existential threat to humanity. If we continue to pillage the earth for profits, we will, in part, trespass deeper into the habitats of other species increases the frequency of closer contact with them, creating the possibility for other novel coronaviruses. This should come as no surprise, since in the recent past the earth’s ecosystem has responded to abuse with AIDS, Avian flu, SARS, MERS, and Zika. The militarization of space is another far more dangerous adventure undertaken by neo-conic capitalists and imperialists!

Knowing the fact that the external substantive factors can throw the economy out of the kilter, faulty internal dynamics and logic of capitalism would also inevitably be responsible. Capitalism’s very survival depends on the generation of profits while creating misery, inequality, injustice, unemployment, inflation, alienation, stress, recessions, and systemic crises as inevitable social and economic vectors.

Our Destiny for quite sometimes—from Bushes/Cheney duo till now—has been, is in the hands of doltish presidents and neo-conic world domineering veeps. It is time to start asking hard questions like: Is capitalism capable of addressing the problems it produces? How many times should a system that time and again failed to deliver be bailed out?

After Woodrow Wilson and Richard Nixon, it was George H.W. Bush who saddled the Neocon Trojan Horse, while the Americans were in deep slumber, and invaded Iraq. His successors Bill Clinton, G.W. Bush, and Barack Hussain Obama paved a way for the Globetrotting Capitalist neocons to tread on ever-after. The political parties these men represented mean nothing. The real bunch of comrades they represent is the Globalist-Capitalists Neo-cons.

The reason we have been at war ever since; Bush I invaded Kuwait and Bush II invaded Afghanistan, Iraq having nothing to do with those countries, posing any imminent threat to the United States or anything of that kind – is greed, lust for money, power, control and (perceived) security of Israel.

That is how they enriched and empowered themselves, and fulfilled their economic/political/cultural/tribal fancies by controlling the world agendas. This is the same reason the Neocons have created ISIS, Al Nusra, et al. as proxy armies to take the war into any of the so-called “enemy/terrorist exporting countries” and eventually destroy Iran, guaranteeing the expansionist designs of Israel.

We Americans, to be realistic, should remain mindful of the reasons for our pull-back from Syria and Afghanistan.

The real battle is between Americanism vs Capitalism. Globalists and Neocons are Global-Capitalist.

Are Ahmadis [Qadyanis], Ismailis Muslim?

January 3, 2020

Image result for pic of Rabwa ?

(Ahmadiyya town Rabwah—Chenab Nagar–Pakistan)

Originally answered on Quora.com on June 16th, 2017.

As a matter of principle, No. Because they openly reject that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the last Prophet and declared Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as their Prophet—-who, unfortunately, died in the toilet. They, therefore are guilty of triple rejection. 1) Qura’anic verses, 2) Prophet Muhammad being the last of the prophets and 3) Declaring and accepting—Mirza Ghulam Ahmad—- as their Prophet.

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the last of the prophets. After His eminence, no other prophet is going to come. The Prophet, from the beginning of his mission, introduced himself as the seal of the prophets and was accepted by the Muslims as such. The subject of the finality of prophethood in the Islamic milieu is considered to be settled in the light of the categorical statement in the Qura’an as well as in the Ahadith.

“Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Apostle of Allah and the Last of the prophets and Allah is cognizant of all things.” (Q,33:40)

I, many years ago, happened to be a Sunni Muslim speaker at one of their conventions in Atlanta Georgia and witnessed firsthand their deceitful behavior concerning the finality of the Prophethood of Mohammad (PBUH).

So should Not be Ismailis, who,

1) Curtailed the number of Mandatory Prayers from 5 to 3 as a routine

2) Changed the mode of prayer performance.  (Praying without bowing-down or prostrating, sitting on a chair like in a Church).    [Note:—The ritual of Rukuu (bowing down) and sajda (prostration) is repeatedly enjoined in Qura’an].

3) They consider that Prince Agha Khan is endowed with an authority to alter/reject the Divine Injunctions. Some even call him a Prophet and the “Noor” of Allah (SWT)—(NAUZB) out of sheer blind reverence and ignorance.

4) They do not attend the regular mosque but their social-club type–Jama’at Khana.

5) They do not introduce themselves as Muslim but “Momin” to distinguish them from mainstream Muslims.

6) The concept of Haram and Halal is non-existent among them.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2021/01/12/are-the-5-times-of-prayers-mentioned-in-the-quran/

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2017/12/13/are-ahadith-word-of-god/

Note: I loathe to call someone a Non-Muslim or Kafir, {as no Muslim is entitled or authorized to declare someone, who claims otherwise, an Infidel or Kafir} however, it is important for Muslims and common people to know the differences for a better understanding of religious sensibilities while dealing with each group.

Ismailis, like modern Quranists, pray only three times a day citing that, Qura’an mentions only 3 prayers. Here they, like the Quranists, disregard the Sunnah and hadith of the Prophet of 5-mandatory prayers. They even disregard the prophet-adopted mode of praying!

Elaboration about the word “Kahtm”

The Arabic word of KHATM recited with the vowel ‘I’ on ‘T”, would imply one who ends something. Thus, meaning that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the last of the prophets. However, if it is recited with the vowel ‘A’ on ‘T’ it would mean, with which something ends. Such as a customary seal pressed at the ends of Important documents. because they are placed at the end of a letter and indicate the end of it. According to this interpretation, it would, again, mean the seal (end) of the prophethood.

Some of the traditions known as “the tradition of position” (Hadith Manzila) are recorded in Shia and Sunni books through various channels asserting that no other prophet is to come after the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

How people like, Mirza Ghulam Ahmed, Bahaullah and Khalifa Rashid, dare declare themselves the messengers whereas Muhammad was the seal of the Prophethood?

It finds its origin in the contemplations by several Sufi-saints, like Ibn Arabi, Imam Ghazali and others. They bifurcate the nabuwwa into two kinds. One that is, endowed by Allah (SWT) specifically to His chosen people alongwith a Sharia’a–Like Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), here “nabuwwa” has ended for good but not its “Muqam”. Other is general, and is acquirable through a deliberate/compulsive (iztarari) act, owing to their blessed state-of-being (faizane-wujud). This is conceived as, the continuation of “Muqam” and “kamalat” of nabuwwa. Therefore, few of the people of Sufi-strain, as mentioned above, resorting to this contemplative-thinking have claimed to be “messenger”, an equivalent of “Wali/Saint”, which Qura’an name as “Muqarrabun” [Allah knows the best]

The second coming of Jesus (Issa) a.s is rationalized under this doctrine, whereby he would come as a Prophet, and would operate under the Muhammadan-law {Islamic-sharia’a} and not under the Mosaic-law.

Quote. “In the second, Seth section of the Fuṣūṣ al-ḥikam, Ibn Al Arabi draws upon, interprets, and in various ways comes to transcend, the `finality’ of the prophetic tradition in which Muhammad is pictured as the “last brick” thereby representing himself as the “last prophet”, within the “wall” of the edifice of prophethood (nabuwwa).[1] For Ibn Al-`Arabī, this tradition has inner and outer dimensions. The “wall” of prophethood leaves room for the khātim al-wilāya (the `Seal of Divine Intimacy – Sainthood’). Its concluding “brick” can also be or include the figure of the supreme Walī (Intimate Friend). We glimpse here the possibility of future advent(s) of human instruments of walāya (Divine Intimacy), of the guiding Friend(s) or, saintly Intimates of God. Suggestive of futurity the one “brick” of prophethood becomes two bricks or two “walls”, one of “silver” and the other of “gold” suggestive of future messengers, or intimates of God (see Fuṣūṣ al-ḥikam ed Afīfī, 1980: 63)” Unquote.

Note. Muhyiddin Ibn Al Arabi is one of the most controversial figures in Islamic Sufism. He has often been dubbed as the “heretic” by people like Ibn Tamiya and others, especially for his contemplation whadat-ul-wujud“, which tantamount to endorsing pantheism!  Similarly, Imam Hamid Al-Ghazali has also been criticized by none other than Abu-Rushed (Averroes) for his absolute contempt of philosophy.

Mikhail Gorbachev of India!

September 23, 2019

Image result for Pic of balkanized India?

Modi—The Mikhail Gorbachev of India–has spurred the disintegration of Illegitimate, Fragile India by abrogating Article 370 for IO-Kashmir!

A Prominent Indian Newspaper, a few years back, reported that there are numerous active secessionist movements in 22, out of 29, Indian states. Some other sources present, a by names, list of 135 separatist movements including numerous insurgencies, raging in various states and union territories of India.

The difference between a state and a Union Territory

Kashmir will be a UT with a legislature like Delhi and Pondicherry, while Ladakh will be a UT without such a legislature. {UTs without legislature are more of an integral constituent of the federating Center than those with a legislature}

Up until recently, there were 29 states and 7 Union Territories of India. However, after the illegal bifurcation of Kashmir, [should India succeed by chance] there will be 28 states and 8 Union Territories.

Multiple states, many in the northeast, enjoy a special status/provisions, under the Article – 370 of the Indian constitution. Some of these states are Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra and Gujarat. After the illegal annexation of Jammu/Kashmir and Ladakh [should it be successful], there will be 8 UTs and 28 states.

Under the Indian Constitution, states are having a quasi-autonomous, perforated-bonding (loosely federated with the Center) status thereunder the federal government cannot legislate on many of state’s internal matters; hence de jure empowering these states, to pass the laws to secede, from the botched Union, at will. The only way to stop them from seceding would be by the use of military muscles as is being witnessed in the (Disputed, Indian Occupied) Kashmir.

First Union Territories (administrative units) were, the-by-force-annexed, islands of Andaman and Nicobar. Most other territories; 552 Princely states, British suzerainty states, were coaxed to join Independent India. Simultaneously, through a combination of threats, blackmail, trickery and military mean. India acquired de facto control over the remaining colonial enclaves and the princely states. This is how all Independent territories were integrated into India.

Around 1930 Indian National Congress termed the non-integration of independent princely states; for, the British Empire had no legal or constitutional rights to transfer their allegiances to Independent India, as the “Balkanization”. {Which seems a matter of time now, anyway!}

Lord MountbattenSardar Vallabhbhai Patel and V. P Menon were the three perpetrators; of the present illegitimate/fragile; botched union and insatiably expansionist India; which Modi has set on; the beginning of an inevitable end; accelerated disintegration, by illegally abrogating (Article 370) the protected status of Kashmir!

Union territories without legislative bodies:

Union territories with legislative bodies:

Former union territories: [ given “Statehood” protection under article 370, but after its illegal abrogation and the annexation of Kashmir, are now worried about losing it]

Five of these states (marked with*) along with Meghalaya and Assam have, therefore, already demanded independence from India.

Any union territoryalready having legislative body in place. would render the Indian president incapable of mandating any law or rule, under Article 240 of the Indian constitution, for this UT.

India’s worsening financial straits.

According to the current deteriorating financial situation of the Indian economy, it seems like the repeat of the Soviet Union’s economic melt-down before its collapse. The Indian Navy Chief is complaining about the lack of funds. The Indian army chief is complaining about vintage [40 years old] aircraft. Soldiers, in general, complain about poor/insufficient food and clothing. Under such conditionsone must commend those, who call India, A Shining India?

Conclusion: Coaxing-tactics used in the integration of the princely states; administrative units; with all too OBVIOUS legal loopholes in botched Independent India; India became an illegitimate and highly fragile state, destined to disintegrate/balkanize, which Modi has unwittingly triggered by illegally abrogating (Article-370) the protected status of IO-Kashmir.

Meat is shaped like a map of the Middle East. Uncle Sam is asking Bibi, “Which part would you like?”

Every rich country follows a rule of law; of its own making; of its own choosing, to serve it the best. Poor ones just abide by.

We all know India with different references, such as; the biggest democracy, the most diverse country, culturally/historically richest country, the second most populated country, largest number of poverty-ridden people’s country (370 mil), world biggest slum country, biggest open latrine country, the rape capital of the world country, butcher of Gujrat country (Modi-P.M burnt Muslims alive), Hindu-extremism epitome country, Untouchables class of human country, etc. Very few people, however, know that it is the most vicious and voracious country when it comes to annexation or devouring of smaller neighbors. So far it has devoured 13 independent territories and has aggressed against 5 territories of (China, Mauritius, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Pakistan).

 Annexation of Kashmir 1947

Annexation of Manipur 1948

Annexation of Tripura   1949

Annexation of South-Tibet 1951

Annexation of Andaman Islands 1956

Annexation of Nicobar Islands 1956

and many others out of 1208 Islands.

Annexation of Goa 1961

Annexation of Kalapani, Nepal 1962

Annexation of Turtuk, Pakistan 1971

Annexation of Tin Bigha, Bangladesh 1972

Annexation of Sikkim, [whole country] 1975

Annexation of Duars, Bhutan 2006

Annexation of Moreh, Myanmar 2013

Aggression against China (defeated) 1962

Invasion of Mauritius (aborted) 1983

Attempted annexation of Bhutan (failed) 1990

Indian attack on East-Pakistan (separated to become Bangladesh) 1971

Tamil Tigers (Indian created ISIS) insurgency in Siri Lanka, 1983-2009 (defeated)

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2016/04/02/ugly-face-of-western-darling-india/

More than 100, 000 Kashmiris have lost their lives, tens of thousands of women, including underage girls, as old as 8 years, raped, thousands maimed and blinded by the pellet guns used by 600,000 strong Indian-army stationed in Kashmir!

A Great Threat to the People of the entire world, South Asia, Including the People of India.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2018/12/03/reposing-hindu-identity-in-requiem-mass/

In her latest attempt India has announced trifurcation [Jammu, Kashmir and Laddakh] of IOK (Indian Occupied Kashmir) formally annexing it to the already botched Indian Union, Under the umbrella-coverage of clause 371 of the Indian constitution, Kashmir was allowed to maintain its independent character—having its government, flag, constitution and autonomy [except defense and foreign policy]—so, the foreigners were not allowed to buy properties and thus change the demographics of the territory. Abrogation whereof, {through illegal presidential order}, would do away with the independent character of Kashmir, and allow the Indian government to settle Indians there and change the demographics to maneuver the plebiscite results; adopted under the resolution 47 by the U.N in April 21st, 1948

The relegation of autonomous state status to a union territory is unprecedented.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2017/09/25/balkanization-of-india/

India knows it well that, his lackeys have done the spadework rendering Pakistan at the verge of financial collapse, therefore, Pakistan would not be able to take any stringent action in the wake of the annexation of Kashmir. India has chosen the timing with due diligence and planning. Pakistan is not only facing dire financial straits but also under the sword of IMF and FATF. Pakistan doesn’t have the appetite to engage in a stern armed confrontation, for it would not be able to sustain, but for a brief period.

Had the Gen. Musharraf’s Siachen-glacier adventure not been thwarted by the Indian lackey PM of the Pakistan, Kashmir issue would have long been resolved!

The singularity of the Grand Tahrir Square on the eventual-horizon!

July 24, 2019

Image result for Pic of Mix protest by the Arabs and Europeans

Interestingly, events in the Muslims world seems to discreetly vanguard the world at large towards the singularity of a GRAND Tahrir Square. There seems to be, inter-alia, a Muslim awakening all around. Although the counter-revolutionary forces; in and out of Middle East and Africa; seem to have succeeded in derailing the Arab-Spring; installing a new military authoritarianism (an eclipsed military crescent), would eventually face the materialization of the Arab-spring on a much bigger scale, giving in to the aspirations of the masses (a huge bulge of tumultuous youngsters) in the end.

The remarkably positive outcome of this ratiocinative Ellan Vital would be the elimination of the danger of Clash-Of-Civilizations!

Counter-revolutionary forces are; The United States, Europe in general, Beduin-Pentagon {lead by Saudi Arabia}, Egypt, Israel and India.

Present West-centric world-order is bound to collapse; for the People NOW are able to quickly discern the reality of the issues even when shrouded in the thick of disinformation. The resourcefulness of dissemination (through mushrooming independent T.V channels and social media avenues) of the genuine/legitimate aspirations/concerns of a segment of society, for the others, to support and make it a popular/top trend, has become an unbridled anti-oppression, anti-tyranny tool.  The reason for my optimism is the Pakistani Army’s decade long; hands-off, behind the scene, through the civilian apparatus approach, to the country’s multitudinous affairs. Pakistani army; the strongest (after that of China and Russia) in the third world developing countries, has learned its lesson after several elongated stints with the governance; that it ought to stay away from its supra-constitutional role to let Pakistan develop into a modern, viable, civilian-ruled state.

Note: {I have deliberately left the international, political/military/economic, polarization aside, for it is all too obvious}

In Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Sudan and elsewhere the military establishments have the unique opportunity to learn from Pakistani military’s experience, making the right choices: handing over the power to the civilian-representatives and prevent another Iraq, Syria or Yemen from happening.

The resurgence (contagion effects) of “Awakened-Muslim-Youth” {AMY} would engulf, sooner than later, The Beduin Pentagon, other oppressive and corrupt Muslim dominated countries; non-Muslim Youth in Europe; Africa and Americas, steering the world towards the singularity of “GRAND TAHRIR SQUARE”.

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, gave a speech in Cairo, on June 2005, in which she said: “For 60 years, my country, the United States, pursued stability at the expense of democracy in this region here in the Middle East – and we achieved neither.

West, in my opinion, has been wrong on both the accounts; military-ruleauthoritarianism and democracy.

I will agree with Samuel Huntington, in an even broader context, that democracy is not only an alien concept (to Middle Eastern culture) but an anathema to the overall Muslim’s psychological constitution and dispensation.

Consensually Nominated Caliphate, in my opinion, would, therefore, be the best model for Muslim dominated countries; synchronizing caliphal/sharia’a rules, as far as permissible, with the demands and compulsions of modern-times.

I envision a looming CALIPHATE as a result of this Muslim youth-awakening.

NOTE: For the sake of brevity I will discuss, but a few, hot spots around the world to build my premise.

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has been forced, by the Algerians, out of the electoral race seeking the fifth term after being 20 years in power. What is striking in the Algerian uprising is that the protesters are a mix of all walks of life and determinedly peaceful. They do not want to be associated with the hijacked and derailed Arab-Spring. They call out each other to go to “Selmiyya” (Peaceful-rally) rather than to “protest” to avoid any semblance with failed-Arab-Spring.

Abdelkader Ben salah, the interim president was supposed to hold fresh elections and step down on July the 4th but postponed the elections and suggested the dialogues to pave the way for elections, without involving military, instead.

Algerians, sensing the delaying maneuvers, have repeatedly referred to Article 7 of the Constitution which stipulates that ultimately, sovereignty belongs to the people and their will is represented by civilian institutions. Algerians are demanding a genuine change in the system offering openness, transparency and opportunity.

https://shakir2.wordpress.com/2011/03/05/hawks-are-getting-itchy-to-commandeer-the-mid-east-revolution/

Algeria is Africa’s largest country, ninth biggest OPEC producer of crude oil and liquefied gas, having a population of around 41 million, 70 percent of which is below the age of 30 years, beset with huge unemployment and a stagnant economy. Yet not afraid of “Le Pouvoir the powerful ruling elites.  It is producing over a million barrels per day. Its 85 percent export consists of liquified gas and crude oil.

Protestors in the Middle East have learned crucial lessons since the Arab Spring—Peaceful-protest.

The success of popular action and civil disobedience in Sudan and Algeria have been treated skeptically by commentators. The pessimists might just be getting it wrong this time around, just as the optimists did eight years ago. Two very different political waves are sweeping through the Middle East and North Africa. Popular protests are overthrowing the leaders of military regimes for the first time since the failure of the Arab Spring. At the same time, dictators are seeking to further monopolize power by killing, jailing or intimidating opponents who want personal and national freedom.

In Egypt, West supported, Ex-Military General Fattah El Sissi is trying to maneuver a referendum for his lifelong presidency. I am of the opinion that his days are numbered. On June 14, Egypt’s president, Abdel Fatah al-Sissi, appointed a new minister of defense without seeking the approval of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF)— the institution that brought him to power. At the same time, he appointed a prime minister without the necessary parliamentary approval.

These might seem like minor political maneuvers, but they are highly revealing about the direction of Egypt’s politics. Since taking power in 2013 in a military coup against President Mohammed el-Morsi, Sissi is busy systematically removing obstacles to his power, as dictators do.

Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF). Created in 1954 by Jamal Abdel Nasser, provided the armed forces with an intermittent mechanism to influence government. SCAF reappeared during the demonstrations against Hosni Mubarak in early 2011 and took control of the government until Morsi’s election in 2012. The law implemented Article 234 of the 2014 constitution that, until 2020, appointing the minister of defense requires SCAF’s approval. SCAF had insisted on this provision even though it caused divisive political conflicts and sometimes street battles between 2011 and 2014.

Article 146 of the constitution gives the president the right to appoint a prime minister, but parliament must give the new government a vote of confidence. Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli replaced Sobhi as minister of defense with Muhammad Ahmed Zaki. SCAF has not approved Zaki’s appointment, while parliament has yet to accept Madbouli’s government. These two presumably pro-Sissi institutions have not rubber-stamped his appointments because of Sissi’s 2016 decision to transfer the sovereignty of two small islands, in the Red Sea Tiran and Sanafir, to Saudi Arabia. Article 151 of the constitution forbids the cession of state territory.

The arrests of two former generals, the summary ouster of the defense minister without SCAF approval and the installation of a new ministry without parliamentary approval conclude the consolidation of Sissi’s control. In return, Sissi has ensured all kinds of benefits and complete immunity to SCAF officials from any future prosecution as a bribe. {Sissi is a favorite of the USA, Europe, Beduin-Pentagon and Israel}

Sinai, Bedouin lead, Insurgency is another tetra-pronged flashpoint; involving Egypt, Israel, Libya and Gazza-Palestine. In this insurgency, Salafi-Jihadist and Islamic State (ISIS) are also involved. {A sequel of Tahrir Square is on the eventual-horizon}

Jordon

The public unrest in Jordan is not dying down, and the frequent protests are threatening to destabilize the country. Not only are the kingdom’s dire economic straits – one of the factors driving the protests – not improving despite harsh austerity measures, but the situation is even worsening. Alongside the calls to address the economic problems, various political forces – including not only the traditional opposition but also tribal leaders, former regime officials and retired military officers – have been demanding political reforms and even calling to limit the powers of the King on the pattern of the U.K.

Tribal Forces Demand Regime Change, Ouster of the King

The climate of unrest has affected even the Jordanian tribes, which constitute the backbone of the regime. On March 1, a protest movement identified with Jordan’s large Bani Hassan tribe issued a statement of unusual harshness against the King, accusing King Abdullah II and Queen Rania al-’Abd Allah of behaving like “demigods” and demanding a change of regime. {May Allah have mercy on the king…a pauper would be more respectable than a Western stooge-Hashemite king}

West installed “Sheikhs” & “General” are terrified of the contagion-effects of Iran’s revolution as well as that of the Arab-spring.

Libya. According to international officials and Libya experts; the UAE, an ally of the UK, US, and France, shipped weapons to Libyan warlord Khalifa Haftar  [a, US/Libyan, dual national] even after the ex field-marshal, turned warlord, declared the head of the UN-backed head of state in Tripoli, Fayez al-Sarraj, a “terrorist” and issued for his and other officials arrest warrants.

The vast oil-rich north African nation has been crippled by violent civil strife since the Gaddafi’s downfall in 2011. Two loose alliances dominate the country: a collection of eastern militias led by Khalifa Haftar under the umbrella of the Libyan National Army, and a UN-backed Government of National Accord, anchored in Tripoli.

The UN panel last year cited evidence, suggesting, both the UAE and Turkey, were providing weapons and military equipment to rival sides in Libya. Both Egypt, a security partner of the west despite human rights abuses, and the USA, have been aggressively supporting Khalifa Haftar because they perceive the rival government in Tripoli as a front for the Muslim Brotherhood organization, which they have vowed to crush. {Elected president, late-Morsi, was removed by the counter-revolutionary forces for the same reason}.

Warlord Khalifa Haftar has been backed for years by President Trump, (USA),  Egypt, Saudi Arabia and France, which see in him a potential strongman to bring order to the country even after they have also publicly backed the UN peace process and other international initiatives to stitch the country back together.

ISIS fighters [a western proxy militia] kill LNA troops outside the Libyan oilfield.

Unfortunately, if the situation continues like this, 95 percent of oil production will be lost,” Mustafa Sanalla told reporters in Jeddah ahead of a ministerial panel of top OPEC and non-OPEC producers recently gathered. The raid on Zillah is the third ISIS attack targeting Haftar’s forces in the recent past. According to the latest reports, the LNA (Haftar) forces seem to have bogged down in the Capital’s outskirts.

An old hand, Saif-Al-Isalm-Gaddafi, the eldest son of late Muammar Gaddafi; who is aspiring to become president and lead the country, may prove to be a viable consensus candidate to unite the country.

Nigeria. {A 50/50-Muslim/Christian-country} Incumbent president Muhammadu Buhari won his reelection bid, defeating his closest rival Atiku Abubakar by over 3 million votes. He took an oath of office on 29 May 2019. Muhammadu Buhari, 76, (former military strongman) and Yemi Osinbajo, who will serve as vice president. Africa’s largest economy {OPEC’s sixth-biggest oil producer} is mired in its first recession for 25 years as low oil prices have hammered public finances and foreign reserves while driving up annual inflation to almost 20 percent.

Africa’s most populous nation has traditionally been marred by violence and rigging. Presidential and parliamentary elections taking place under the shadow of a devastating war against Islamist militants (Boko Haram) in the northeast, clashes between farmers and herders that have claimed thousands of lives, and a moribund economy.

Boko Haram, founded by Mohammed Yusuf in 2002, the group has been led by Abubakar Shekau since 2009. When first formed, its actions were nonviolent. Its main goal was to “purify Islam in northern Nigeria.” From March 2015 to August 2016, the group was aligned with the ISIS Boko Haram promotes a version of Islam which makes it “haram”, or forbidden, for Muslims to take part in any political or social activity associated with Western society. This includes voting in elections, wearing shirts and trousers or receiving a secular education.

Boko Haram regards the Nigerian state as being run by non-believers, regardless of whether the president is Muslim or not – and it has extended its military campaign by targeting neighboring states.

A Simmering Potential Flash-Point.

The Zumratul Jamiu Muminu Society of Nigeria has asked the Federal Government to look for a new location for the proposed interchange at the Pakuro/Lotto area of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in the Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State. It has been reported that over 300 buildings are marked for demolition to pave the way for the interchange.

The Islamic organization said its schools and members’ buildings were among the structures marked for demolition, alleging that neighboring religious premises, including those of the Deeper Life Bible Church and the Redeemed Christian Church of God, were excluded from the planned demolition.

{Christian missionaries proselytizing/exploiting destitute Muslims under the auspices of the USA and UN should be expelled from the entire African continent; for the sake of peace and religious harmony}

Pakistan

Pakistan—the only Muslim Nuclear-State— at the moment is trekking on a rocky path. its corrupt leaders are on the leash. Some are behind bars while others are waiting in the queue.  Its iconoclast leader; a cricket-famed celebrity; a playboy turned philanthropist and savior-politician, is struggling against his inexperience and entrenched tentacles of the old guards. Pakistan’s transformation into an emerging economy and developing country is dubious but most Pakistanis/Muslims around the world are harboring high hopes. {its economic vehicle, however, is being driven by two US/IMF appointed drivers at an undeclared price-ticket!}

Somalia

Somaliland, Puntland, Jubaland

Al Shabab, a splinter group of Islamic Courts Union (ICU), is fighting against the Transitional Federal Government (TFG), U.S sponsored Ethiopian forces and all other foreign forces, including African Union Peacekeeping forces, considering them as occupying foreign forces. Al Shabab considers TFG as a secular government. Al Shabab is labeled as a radical Islamism group for they want to implement Islamic Sharia’a.

Somaliland declared its independence from the failed state of Somalia in 1991, but the world … for the most part … has ignored the declaration. The similar names are rooted in colonial history: Somaliland became known as British Somaliland in the 19th century, while the southern region was Italian Somaliland. “We have a functioning democracyWe have our own army. We have our own police. We have our own coast guard. You know, we have our own border police. We have fulfilled all the conditions of a sovereign state,” Shire says as he ticks through why Somaliland is its own nation. And there’s more. Somaliland has its own currency. It regularly holds elections. The current President of Somaliland is Musa Bihi Abdi.

Lawmakers in Somalia’s semi-autonomous Puntland region have elected former Somalia planning minister Saed Abdullahi Deni as president. The new president, 52, is widely known for his role in education in Puntland where he helped establish schools and universities.  In 2017 he mounted an unsuccessful run for president of Somalia. Deni campaigned on promoting economic growth and fighting corruption in the relatively peaceful Somali region.

“A new chapter has opened for this region, a chapter of unity and brotherly relations among Somalis,” the new president said. Puntland has largely escaped the worst of the country’s decades of lawlessness, but there are pockets where al-Shabab and Islamic State militants are present and periodically attack security forces.

The revival of the Jubaland administration

On 3 April 2011, it was announced that the new autonomous Jubaland administration would be referred to as Azania, and would be led by Mohammed Abdi Mohammed (Gandhi), the former national Minister of Defense, as president. According to President Gandhi, a trained anthropologist and historian,  Azania was selected as the name for the new administration because of its historical importance, as Azania was a name given to Somalia more than 2,500 years ago and it was given by Egyptian sailors who used to get a lot of food reserves from the Somali Coast[…] Its origin is [an] Arabic word meaning the land of plenty.

Somalia has become shorthand for how the lack of a strong central government makes states collapse into unlivable chaos. In part, that idea rests on popular conceptions of Somalia as the world’s most persistent failed state, a nation without basic security where the population struggles to get an education, food, and security.

The idea that Somalia is completely lacking in central government is false, but the federal government’s reach is indeed inconsistent. The central government is strongest around the capital, Mogadishu, but declines quickly outside of the immediate area. But that is not to say that no governing structures exist, even if they are not central. The regional government in Somalia operate with varying degrees of independence and effectiveness, ranging from the almost fully autonomous Somaliland region (which has sought recognition as an independent state), areas dominated by the militant organization Al-Shabab, and other states and regions that still struggle to establish political control.

SOMALI lawmakers elected a new president Wednesday, choosing a former prime minister who is a dual U.S.-Somali citizen. Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, better known as Farmajo,’ was declared the winner after two rounds of voting by the Somali parliament in Mogadishu. Farmajo won the largest share of votes in the second round, far outdistancing incumbent leader Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and former president Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed. Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed Farmajo, 54, who, has been living in Grand Island, N.Y., and holds degrees from the State University of New York-Buffalo. He worked as the Commissioner for Equal Employment at the New York State Department of Transportation in Buffalo. Farmajo had lived in the United States since 1985 when he was sent there with Somalia’s foreign affairs ministry. He was Somalia’s prime minister for eight months until leaving the post in 2011. [same is the case with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani; who holds trinal nationalities—Afghani, Lebanese & American]

The security situation in Somalia remains volatile, and Al-Shabaab remains the main threat to the country’s security. Al-Shabaab continues to maintain its operational strength and capability, despite ongoing and intensified ground and airstrikes across the country. Pro-ISIS elements have increased their activities in and around Mogadishu, although their operations remain limited to targeted killings. In Puntland, Al-Shabaab and pro-ISIS elements remain active.

In Sudan Hassan Al Bashir, who came to power in 1989 in an Islamists backed coup, has been forced out and now the caretaker military is also being compelled to hand over the power to the civilians. The ruling Transitional Military Council (TMC) says Islamic laws should remain the guiding principle of Sudan’s new laws. The council and protest leaders had reached an agreement on the other main aspects of the transition, including a three-year transition period and the creation of a 300-member parliament, with two-thirds of legislators to come from the protesters’ umbrella group.

The two sides launched what had been billed as a final round of talks on the transition late on Sunday [May 19th, 2019]. The TMC has faced pressure from Western governments and the African Union to agree to a civilian-led transition. {Western Government’s pressure would always be a tricky Quid-Pro-Quo}

The military junta is resisting the transition to the civilian-rule by killing protestors, who have launched peaceful civil disobedience. Ethiopian Premier—Abiy Ahmed’s mediation has also failed. Finally, a western-educated economist and UN policy expert in Africa, British national (now surrendered) has been appointed as Sudan’s head of state.

Christian South Sudanhaving sub-Saharan Africa’s third-biggest oil reserves– forced-created out of Muslim Sudan, is an example of West’s colossal failure. Its scission has cost more than 400K lives and is still in tatters. South Sudan’s war has brought underlying regional tensions to the fore. It is part of yet another chapter of the historic enmity between Uganda and Sudan, while the rivalry between Uganda and Ethiopia over their respective influences on regional security has colored the mediation process. Ethiopia, Kenya and Sudan have dedicated envoys mediating the process while Uganda is only involved at the IGAD heads of state (HoS) level.

Now, Ethiopian Abiy Ahmed (also US-educated), Sudanese Hamdouk (US/UN planted) and Egyptian (US-trained soldier) Fattah El Sissi are western hand-picked heads-of-state while Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Algeria and Tunis are in the process of being cultivated.

France

Massive protests are happening in France, where people wearing “Yellow Jackets” demanding the resignation of Emmanuel Macron, seeking multifaceted reforms as in Muslim dominated countries.

Germany

Thousands of people joined climate change protests near one of Germany’s biggest lignite coal mines on Saturday, two days after European Union leaders failed to agree on a plan to make the bloc’s economy carbon neutral by 2050. Protests are also being held against the Article 13 (internet freedom of expression), Islamization of Europe (hate speech) and Immigration policies of the Angela Merkel (accepting refugees).

Serbia, Montenegro & Albania

Anti-government protests in Serbia that have brought tens of thousands of people into the streets, decrying what they see as increasingly authoritarian rule, are entering their third month. But there seems to be little sign that the demonstrators’ demands will be fruitful.

On Feb. 25, a European Union spokeswoman, Maja Kocijancic, told protestors that there would be no “Balkan spring,” referring to widening protests in Serbia, Montenegro and Albania—all countries that are hoping to join the EU. The statement, which riled protesters in all three countries, seemed to confirm for them what has been increasingly evident in recent years: The EU prefers to stick with the devil it knows in the Balkans, backing autocratically minded governments—similarly as they do in the middle east and Africa—that have failed to root out corruption and crime—the very benchmarks to join the EU—in order to preserve what it considers regional stability in the face of geopolitical rivalry.

The protests snowballed and have brought together an unlikely range of groups, including several parties from Serbia’s hugely fragmented opposition, trade unions and professional associations that might not normally be associated with rocking the boat. The protesters claim that Aleksandar Vucic (Serbian Politician) has overseen an unprecedented erosion of democracy, media freedoms and institutional independence. [These things were never let taken roots by design in the Middle East and Africa]

Democracy in Western Balkans is backsliding. Civil society, international organizations and independent experts have been reporting on unfair election practices, rising corruption, lack of accountability and lack of media freedoms for some time now. In its 2019 report, Freedom House ranked all six countries of the region as “partially free”, with Serbia’s status being downgraded for the first time after the fall of Milošević. Paradigm shift, towards equilibrium with the Middle East and Africa.

Nevertheless, the European Union has not signaled any significant change in its policy towards the region, which has been criticized by many as support of stabilocracy: mild treatment of the strongmen in the Western Balkans in exchange for political stability. It would be safe to say that, in general, E.U and the U.S.A have, hand in glove, with respect to the rest of the world.

Given that the huge protest waves of 1968, the early 1980s and 1989-1990 can now be regarded as past history in European democracy, the question now is whether a new protest culture is emerging in Western Europe. New protest lists, some evidence of ‘citizens in anger’. (like that in the Muslim-world). The new face of protest today is influenced by political agendas in reaction to recent parliamentary and governmental actions. The confidence in legislatures and governments is decreasing as there is also growing general distrust of coherent polities within European national systems. European representative democracies may come under intense-civic pressure in the future.

In Europe, people most often take to the streets to protest against austerity measures and controversial projects. This trend implies that dissent arises after decisions have been made by governments on different levels and through democratic bodies such as parliaments. It may, nevertheless, be safely asserted, that the discontentment and distrust with the ruling elites is a common denominator, albeit with some differences in their intensity and expression, given the level of development and education in various regions and countries.

People tend to be more skeptical than in earlier times about democratic decision-making processes. Indeed, being skeptical could be regarded as better than being apathetic, which unfortunately is a persistent theme in European politics, as evidenced by low voter participation. But protests today are influenced by political agendas reacting to recent parliamentary and governmental actions. After the Bologna Process, students began striking in France, the United Kingdom and Germany. In December 2010, Italian and English students smashed windows and clashed with police. Can anyone deny that it is not the ballooning of the contagion effect of the failed Arab-spring?

After strict but necessary austerity decisions were made in Greece in order to avoid a severe crisis, violent demonstrations broke out. On 29 September 2010, the so-called European Day of Action, thousands of people across Europe rushed onto the streets to protest similar austerity measures in their countries, blocking European capitals with swarms of demonstrators. The scenes were similar to those of Arab-spring from Madrid to Brussels to Athens. In France, citizens demonstrated against plans to revise the deficit-plagued pension scheme by increasing the retirement age.

United States

“Though final count is still being tabulated, researchers Erica Chenoweth and Jeremy Pressman of the Crowd Counting Consortium estimate that over 1.25 million people across the United States participated in “Saturday’s March for Our Lives” protest, making it one of the largest youth-led protests in American history, at least since the Vietnam War. These numbers aren’t an accident. A combustible array of variables, including the rise in the authoritarianism and anti-authoritarianism worldwide and technology that makes it easier to organize sibling marches, have contributed to historic turnouts.

Overall, it is estimated that between 5.9 million and 9 million people protested in the US in 2017 alone.

The counts are already huge. Now get ready for them to explode.

Social media contributed to the exponential growth in protest size, including an increasing reliance on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media tools that make mass organizing both desirable and easily replicable.

Worldwide trend {A convergence on a grand Tahrir Square}

The feeling isn’t just mutual. It’s global. As Chenoweth notes, both authoritarianism and anti-authoritarian protests have been on the rise in recent years. Researchers have noted a substantive global increase in authoritarian populist candidates in the West in the past two decades. Citizens in 94 countries now live in non-democratic regimes, including 53 percent of the world’s people, according to the Human Rights Foundation. Authoritarianism has arrived in Turkey as well as Venezuela, (Egypt, Israel) and it continued its slow, not-quite-unprecedented crawl in the States”. BY Heather Dockray MAR 27, 2018. MASHABLE.

Conclusion

So far, protest mobilizations ‘have played only a marginal role in the master narrative of Europe. In Western Europe, countries such as France and Germany still have their own protest culture despite common projects such as the counter-globalization movement ATTAC. A new protest culture has emerged on the pattern of protests in the Muslim world, which appeals to citizens’ resentment towards government elites and decision-makers at all levels. Transnational movements; especially the contagion effects of Arab-Spring have played an important role in shaping student and austerity-related protests and the anti-globalization movement that has targeted G-8 summits. Dieter Rucht, self-deceptively concludes, the ‘Europeanisation of protest is still a myth because only a small number of protests of this type have taken place. The existing anti-elitist aspect, however, does have a direct connection to the European Union and the Muslim world’s oppressive governments; where decisions used to gain ex post facto legitimization/acceptance. Future politics in all spheres and at all levels should take this “protestation-shift” into account, otherwise, a new, fully-fledged protest culture; as a consequence of equilibrium-deterioration setting in the world at large, is bound to converge on the Singularity of a Grand Tahrir Square on the eventual Horizon.
